O perfil de quem encomenda uma resid\u00eancia mudou. Viagens frequentes, acesso instant\u00e2neo ao que acontece internacionalmente, novas configura\u00e7\u00f5es familiares e uma rotina muito menos previs\u00edvel transformaram tamb\u00e9m aquilo que se espera da arquitetura.<\/p>\n

Isso torna o processo mais interessante e tamb\u00e9m mais complexo. N\u00e3o basta reproduzir refer\u00eancias internacionais ou aplicar uma est\u00e9tica reconhec\u00edvel. \u00c9 preciso entender como aquela pessoa vive.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 quem receba dezenas de pessoas em casa. Quem viaje durante boa parte do ano. Quem tenha uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o importante de arte. Fam\u00edlias com crian\u00e7as pequenas, empres\u00e1rios que trabalham de casa ou clientes que desejam transformar a resid\u00eancia em seu principal lugar de encontro.<\/p>\n
