Influenciadora comentou como padr\u00f5es influenciam a percep\u00e7\u00e3o feminina e destacou uma vis\u00e3o mais consciente e menos idealizada sobre a pr\u00f3pria imagem<\/strong><\/p>\n

A influenciadora Geise Alves decidiu tratar de forma direta um tema que costuma ser suavizado nas redes sociais ao falar sobre beleza feminina. Em seu discurso, ela defende que o assunto vai al\u00e9m de gosto pessoal ou autoestima e envolve constru\u00e7\u00e3o, escolhas conscientes e a forma como a imagem impacta o tratamento recebido pelas mulheres no dia a dia.<\/p>\n

Conhecida por se autodenominar “esposa trof\u00e9u”, Geise afirmou que o r\u00f3tulo nunca foi um inc\u00f4modo, mas sim um ponto de reflex\u00e3o sobre imagem e posicionamento. <\/p>\n

“Quando voc\u00ea est\u00e1 ao lado de um homem de alto n\u00edvel, voc\u00ea naturalmente quer estar \u00e0 altura, n\u00e3o por obriga\u00e7\u00e3o, mas por escolha. Existe um desejo de estar bem, de se apresentar bem ao lado dele, e isso tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 valorizado”, disse.<\/p>\n

Apesar da seguran\u00e7a no discurso atual, sua trajet\u00f3ria est\u00e9tica inclui epis\u00f3dios delicados. Um deles ocorreu durante uma cirurgia de implante mam\u00e1rio que n\u00e3o teve o resultado esperado. <\/p>\n

“Na terceira cirurgia algo deu muito errado. O resultado ficou muito comprometido, com cicatrizes\u2026 foi um trabalho realmente mal feito”, relembrou. O impacto, segundo ela, foi profundo na autoestima. “Por um tempo, eu n\u00e3o me sentia confort\u00e1vel nem diante do meu marido. Evitava at\u00e9 me olhar”, contou.<\/p>\n

A experi\u00eancia acabou redefinindo sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o pr\u00f3prio corpo. “N\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 sobre apar\u00eancia. \u00c9 sobre como voc\u00ea se sente dentro do seu pr\u00f3prio corpo”, afirmou, ao esclarecer a mudan\u00e7a de perspectiva sobre procedimentos est\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n

Ao falar sobre padr\u00f5es de beleza, Geise adota um tom direto. Ela reconhece que sua imagem n\u00e3o \u00e9 fruto apenas de gen\u00e9tica, mas de um processo cont\u00ednuo de cuidados e interven\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n

“Sem romantizar, a minha beleza foi constru\u00edda. Veio de dieta, treino, const\u00e2ncia e procedimentos que aceleraram o processo”, relatou. E acrescentou: “Beleza natural ajuda. Mas beleza de alto n\u00edvel exige manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Quem fala que n\u00e3o, ou n\u00e3o chegou l\u00e1, ou n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo honesta”.<\/p>\n

Essa vis\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m alterou a forma como enxerga o impacto da apar\u00eancia nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e profissionais. <\/p>\n

“O mundo te trata diferente dependendo de como voc\u00ea se apresenta. As pessoas te ouvem mais, te respeitam mais”, avaliou. Nesse contexto, ela revelou ter ressignificado a pr\u00f3pria rotina de cuidados: “Se arrumar deixou de ser s\u00f3 vaidade. Virou estrat\u00e9gia”.<\/p>\n

Geise detalhou ainda os tratamentos que considera parte dessa manuten\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e9tica, sempre com foco em equil\u00edbrio. <\/p>\n

“Vale investir no que melhora qualidade de pele e estrutura. Laser, bioestimuladores de col\u00e1geno, botox com frequ\u00eancia e preenchimentos bem feitos, sem exagero”, pontuou. Ela tamb\u00e9m ponderou sobre cirurgias. “Implante de silicone, por exemplo, muda a autoestima de muita mulher. Mas se n\u00e3o for bem feito, destr\u00f3i mais do que ajuda”, alertou.<\/p>\n

Para ela, o verdadeiro diferencial entre mulheres que admira n\u00e3o est\u00e1 na ostenta\u00e7\u00e3o visual, mas na consist\u00eancia dos cuidados. “N\u00e3o \u00e9 sobre gastar muito, \u00e9 sobre n\u00e3o se negligenciar. A diferen\u00e7a raramente est\u00e1 na roupa, est\u00e1 no n\u00edvel de cuidado que voc\u00ea sustenta”, observou.<\/p>\n

Por fim, Geise reconheceu que j\u00e1 se influenciou por refer\u00eancias externas ao tomar decis\u00f5es est\u00e9ticas, mas hoje enxerga esse comportamento com mais cautela: “Eu j\u00e1 achei que podia chegar perto de um padr\u00e3o olhando outras mulheres. E isso \u00e9 perigoso. Querer evoluir \u00e9 saud\u00e1vel. Agora, querer virar outra pessoa sempre termina mal.”<\/p>\n
